About 32-bit USEARCH
The 32-bit version
meets the needs of most users. It is compatible with 32-bit and
64-bit operating systems. The main limitation is that a maximum of
4Gb RAM can be used (2Gb under Windows). See
for more information. A 64-bit version is available for very
large datasets, this requires a paid license even for non-profit / academic use.
The 32-bit version of USEARCH is licensed at no charge for individual use.
The license allows commercial use, but does not allow
re-distribution of the binary. If
you complete the form below, a download link will be emailed to you.A
no-charge 32-bit license is also available for
university compute clusters.
The email list has been discontinued. In future, I will tweet about updates
and other USEARCH news such as new preprints and published papers.
If you don't use twitter, you could use a service such as
changedetection.com which can
send you an email every time this page changes.
